So, scent is an important factor in attraction.
A good scent can get your attention. A great scent can ignite desire. And, of course, there are some scents that are total turn-offs.
I have a soft spot for "pleasures" by estee lauder on a woman. This is most certainly because the first girl I ever kissed wore this perfume. It is embedded in my memory. When I sense it on a woman, my mind reels... if she is attractive at all, the scent provokes desire and fondness.
And, I think the above is key... you can smell amazing and not be dressed well -- or not look great. So, I think scent works in two ways -- it can get my attention ... and, if I notice an attractive person who then smells wonderful, it can really hone my focus.
There is another fragrance I love -- and I'm not sure the name of it. I was in a meeting about 10 years ago and this lovely young lady I was sitting behind smelled incredible -- incredible in the sense that I wanted to be as close to her as physically possible... it was almost an animal like response. My arousal was instant and uncontrollable. I have since smelled that scent on other women and it drives me mad... I can barely speak enough to ask what it is...
Finally, I've a fondness for Lp No. 9 for her by Penhaligon's. A wondrous concoction...light, pleasant, and yet decadent. The woman who chooses this knows exactly how to hold my attention.
I'm curious about anyone out there -- what are your scent favorites? What fragrances on a man or woman get your attention?
